The price ranges shown are a transparent pricing model: base rates per square metre, calibrated to publicly available Swiss market data (typical industry hourly rates, regional cost levels) and to experience from the SwissOfferten marketplace. These are calculated reference values, not a statistical survey.
Where we have enough real quotes (at least three per canton and service), we add the average of those real marketplace quotes and mark it with a star (★). Real values are not normalised to a standard area and may therefore differ from the model value. All information without guarantee, for binding prices, submit a free enquiry.
