How are the cleaning companies selected?
We only work with verified cleaning companies from Switzerland. Every company is checked manually before activation: we verify the company details, match them against the Swiss commercial register by UID where an entry exists, and confirm they are reachable. We do not collect proof of insurance from every company; companies whose business liability insurance we have verified carry a verified liability insurance seal on their profile, and for all others we recommend asking about their liability insurance when you request a quote. We keep an eye on customer feedback: companies with repeated negative feedback are removed from the network.
Which regions are covered?
The SwissOfferten platform is usable in all 26 Swiss cantons and available in four languages (German, French, Italian, English). The network of verified cleaning companies now covers all of Switzerland, with particularly high density in Zurich, Aargau, Bern and Lucerne as well as in French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva and Vaud). In a few regions such as Ticino the network keeps growing; if no suitable company is available there yet, we reach out personally and actively search for suitable providers. This way customers from every region receive quotes in their language.

Your data is handled in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and is only shared with cleaning companies that wish to process your request. We do not sell your data to unrelated third parties.
