Every cleaning company calculates individually, based on the details you provide or an on-site assessment, so the real price can come out higher or lower depending on the condition of the property, the floor coverings, the number of windows and the add-ons included. Region matters as well: the model places Zurich about 15 percent and Geneva about 20 percent above the Swiss reference level, while cantons such as Thurgau, Solothurn and Uri sit about 12 percent below it. Cleaning prices in Switzerland follow local wage and cost levels, so they differ noticeably from canton to canton.
