• Company data, During service provider registration
• Request data, Descriptions and details of your request
• Payment information, Via Stripe (not stored by us)
• Usage data, Log files, IP address (anonymised)
• Form drafts, Partially completed requests incl. email address for a reminder email; deleted normally after 7 days, after 90 days at the latest
• Reviews, Published with first name or initials and location, with your consent given at submission

Contact data of requesters is shared with service providers who purchase the corresponding lead. This is the core of our business model and is done with consent given when submitting the request.

For emails we send, we record delivery events (delivery, bounces, spam complaints) via Resend to detect delivery problems.
