The handover guarantee is a cleaning firm’s written commitment for your job: if the flat handover fails with the landlord or agency, the same firm re-cleans free of charge. The firm confirms it through SwissOfferten, either directly when it buys your request or with one click once you have hired it. We record that confirmation as a guarantee certificate, show it to you next to the firm name, and enforce it: a firm that does not re-clean loses its badge, and on repetition its access to the platform. The guarantee is a promise by the firm, not a payment by SwissOfferten.

The handover guarantee works in three simple steps: first, you request a move-out cleaning with a handover guarantee; every firm that takes on your request confirms the guarantee for this job before you decide. Second, you report any defects within 48 hours after the cleaning, with the handover report, directly to the firm or via SwissOfferten, ideally with photos. Third, the firm corrects the reported issues free of charge within 5 working days. The handover guarantee applies to move-out cleaning.
